I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and supervisor with extensive experience working with both adults and children. I provide online counselling and psychotherapy.
I offer my clients a safe and supportive therapeutic environment in which they are free to explore their thoughts and feelings. In my experience, it’s important to select a counsellor you feel a connection with, and are at ease to communicate freely. I’m aware that this doesn’t always happen right away, but I would never push you to talk about anything you’re not ready to. You are in charge of the content and pace of the sessions.
